You will be working with advanced underground rigs and well-resourced support teams to deliver high-quality production drilling on major WA mines.
What the Work Involves
Successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Safe and efficient operation of underground diamond drill rigs
- Coaching and directing Offsiders on safe work practices
- Communicating with site teams regarding production and samples
- Pressure and sectional grouting where required
- Daily safety documentation and inspections
- Setting up, moving and dismantling drill rigs and support equipment
- Housekeeping, maintenance and cleaning of rigs, tools and vehicles
What You Need
To be considered, you must have:
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Cert III in Drilling
- At least 4 years of underground diamond drilling experience
- Manual C Class licence
- National Police Clearance issued within the past 3 months
- Strong safety focus and the ability to lead by example
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
